How does Enigmatry handle your data?

Enigmatry collects and processes personal data if this is necessary for the execution of its services. We believe it is important that this is done carefully, confidentially, transparently and with due observance of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: AVG) and related laws and regulations. Enigmatry works carefully when processing your personal data.

Purpose of the processing

We only process data that is necessary for an optimal service, performing agreed services and related activities, approaching and maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, business partners and offering services, performing marketing and communication activities and recruitment and selection of personnel.

Categories of personal data that are processed

Depending on the purpose of processing, we ask you for certain data. For example, a valid e-mail address is required for sending a newsletter or e-mail invitation regarding an event, and contact and billing information is required for the provision of services.

For (future) customers, business partners, suppliers and interested contacts or visitors to events, we process: name, telephone number and e-mail address. For possible new employees, we process: name, telephone number and e-mail address. In the event that a recruitment process is started, we additionally process received CV, contact moments, assessment score.

When approaching potential new employees, Enigmatry uses social media portals for business services.

Security, sharing and retention

Enigmatry has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures, in line with the applicable laws and regulations, to prevent misuse of and unauthorized access to your personal data.

Enigmatry employees only have access to your data if this is necessary for the performance of their duties.

Enigmatry treats your personal data confidentially. We only share your personal data with others in the following situations:

You have given instructions or express permission to do so.
Enigmatry must provide your personal data on the basis of a legal obligation or a court decision.
It is necessary for the performance of our services.

Enigmatry does not store your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or for which they are processed.

Transfer abroad

If we transfer your personal data abroad (for example because we use suppliers of services that are located outside the EU), we will in any case not do so without appropriate guarantees.

Information about use of the website and cookies

Enigmatry uses cookies on its website. This is data in a small file that is stored on the hard drive of your computer, tablet or smartphone or stored in the session of your browser.

We use the Google Analytics cookie to analyze visitor numbers and traffic flows on our website in order to optimize our content. We want to make the site as relevant as possible for our visitors and Google Analytics helps us with that. We do not automatically collect your individual profile. We consciously don't want to do that. If you request special information or want to sign up for a newsletter, we collect first name and/or last name, e-mail address and possibly a mobile or landline telephone number. You fill this in yourself. On the website www.enigmatry.com we use a tracking script. The path of the visitor through the website is followed. The visitor information collected in this way is only used for marketing purposes. When collecting information, each visitor is assigned a unique identifier, so that multiple mouse clicks from the same visitor are recognized. This identification is stored in a cookie of the visitor's browser. If desired, cookies can be disabled in the browser.

Your rights as a data subject

You can always submit a request to be further informed about our privacy policy and the processing that takes place at Enigmatry.

You have the right to inspect the personal data that we have processed about you and to receive a copy of this. In addition, you have the option to check the stored data for correctness and to have it corrected if necessary.

In addition, you can submit a request to delete or deactivate the personal data processed by Enigmatry. Finally, in some situations you can also request that certain personal data provided by you be transferred to, for example, another organisation.

Enigmatry will respond to your request within one month of receiving your request. If this is not possible, Enigmatry will inform you about this within one month of receipt of your request and let you know when you can expect a substantive response.
