Kai was built using Azure AI Foundry with OpenAI language models, using strong emphasis on prompt engineering, tone calibration, and strategic limitations to ensure safe and relevant interactions. The chatbot is context-aware—it understands the user’s role, past course history, and preferences. This allows Kai to deliver highly personalized suggestions and explanations.
